The process has now been finalised – please visit the updated process and position statement here .

F2 STAND-ALONE INTERVIEW AND IFST REVIEW PANELS

We still require clinicians for F2 Stand-alone and IFST panels. The interviews for F2 Stand-alone will be held on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th April 2020. Face-to-face interviews and Skype interviews will be held in Birmingham at Aston Villa Football Club.   Reminder: Senior trainees (ST5+) and TPD’s can also attend.  Please contact the admin team if you would like to participate - FPAdmin@foundationprogramme.nhs.uk

SELECTION TO THE UK FOUNDATION PROGRAMME - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SJT WORKSHOPS

The UKFPO are looking for clinicians working closely with Foundation Programme doctors to help develop new SJT test content. As the national selection process evolves, clinician input helps us to ensure that it continues to be fair, reliable and relevant. All items are trialled and psychometrically evaluated, so that only those items known to have good performance data are used in a live environment.

Who can get involved

We are asking for people who work closely with Foundation Doctors to draw on their experience and help to develop new SJT items.   Advisors should be familiar with the FY1 role, including responsibilities and tasks undertaken as well as the necessary skills and abilities required for the role. We would like the clinicians involved to represent the diversity of the NHS, and as such would encourage applications from people of all ethnicities and backgrounds. To register your interest please contact Jo Hasse - fy1sjt@workpsychologygroup.com T: +44 (0)1332 295687
