Special Circumstances
If you need to be in a geographical area for specific caring or health reasons to undertake your Foundation Programme training, you can apply to your medical school to be considered for pre-allocation to a specific foundation school on the grounds of special circumstances.
The process and application forms can be found on the UKFPO website. You can only apply for special circumstances based purely on your current situation.
